We value your time and our commitment to creating a peaceful, restorative experience for every guest. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking your aromatherapy massage. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved for you. If you need to reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to a new appointment, provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
